Key Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, managing teams, and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and safely. Your key duties will include:

  • Planning, coordinating, and executing concrete cutting, drilling, and demolition projects from start to finish.
  • Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervising on-site teams, ensuring work is performed safely and in compliance with regulations.
  • Conducting site inspections and risk assessments to uphold safety standards.
  • Solving challenges as they arise and implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation and reporting progress to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in project management within the construction, demolition, or concrete services industry.
